Punctuality

Our scheduling system is designed to maximize your experience at Bliss.  As a service to yourself and courtesy to others, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of beauty and wellness with a Bliss Gift Certificate. They make an exquisite gift for any occasion. Gift cards may be used for services only and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.  You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.



Bliss Rewards Card

Bliss Salon and Spa offers our guests a reward card so you may earn a point for every dollar spent. Redeem your points for FREE services.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. 
We do not accept checks.


Cancellations

Your salon and spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We require 24 hours notification to cancel any service. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours or a 'no show' may result in a 50% charge of your reserved service. A credit card or gift card number is needed to reserve two or more services. We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Bliss.

Customer Satisfaction

Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within one week if you are not completely satisfied.
Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product.
Skin care products are non-refundable or exchangeable. Please consult with your skin care specialist to ensure you receive the products that will be most beneficial to you.

Health

Please let your service provider know if you are currently taking any medications. Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services or may not be recommended with certain body treatments.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in your service price, but are greatly appreciated. Between 15 and 20% is customary. We are unable to add gratuities to your credit card, but would be happy to give you "cash back" on your debit for this purpose.

Environment

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere within the Spa, we ask that you maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted in the treatment areas. Please be advised that children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment areas unless they are receiving a service.

Valuables

For your protection, please do not bring valuables with you. If you must, please keep then with you at all times. We regret that Bliss cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including valuables, clothing and accessories.
